Sailor Scouts:

Inner Scouts:
Sailor Moon: The character is a sailor-suited pretty girl who fights for love and justice. She can be a whiner and a crybaby, but she's got it where it counts. Sailor Moon's the Princess of the Moon Kingdom, and Champian of Justice with meatball styled do. She's also Serena, Princess Serena, Princess Serenity (Japanese), Neo Queen Serenity, and Tsukino Usagi (Japanese). Luna watches over her (when Serena's not playing the lastest video game, trying to scam some Sailor V manga off of Raye, or gushing over some guy)
Sailor Mercury: The brainiac of the inners. Her attacks are water-based, and she's the Princess of Mercury. In normal mode, she's known as Mizuno Ami, or just Amy in the English dub. I've been around web pages where they have said that Mercury is one of the weakest characters or that she's bookish (and that Neptune can beat her at anything). Well she DOES have to work at what she does, even though Taiki and Michiru are better, and that means she's more down to Earth then both of them combined SO LEAVE THE GIRL ALONE, WILL YA?!?!!?!?! Ummm yeah...Sorry. Anyway, next scout...
Sailor Mars: A pryo with an attitude, and a Shinto priestess in training (also known as "miko"). She works at the Cherry Hill Temple, helps her grandpa (and believe me, he NEEDS it), communicates with spirts (through fire), and uses Ofuda (if you've ever since the english dub, they're those post-it notepad papers that she always tosses around) to ward evil away. She's also known as Hino Rei, or Raye.
Sailor Jupiter: The powerhouse on the inner team. She transferred to Serena and Amy's school (Juuban Junior High), when she got in a fight at her old school. She loves to cook, and has a thing for EVERY guy that crosses her path. Her attacks are lightining-based. Jupiter also goes by the name of Kino Makoto/ Lita. Her most famous quote is, "He looks just like my old boyfriend..."
Sailor Venus: Orginionally Sailor V (with her own manga named after her), she fought villians in London, with Artemis (her cat), before coming over to Tokyo. Her attacks involve love chains, lazer beams, etc. When they meet her, the scouts thought that she might be the Moon Princess. Venus is also Aino Minako, or Mina. Sailor V actually came before BiShoujo Senshi Sailor Moon (Pretty Solider Sailor Moon), the manga. That's why she's wears those red Sailor V glasses in "Sailor V takes the Sceen".
Tuxedo Mask: He's not a scout, but a guy who protects the scouts episode after episode by weilding a rose at the enemy. His purpose is find the Moon princess, get the Silver Emperium Crystal, and find out who he is. Turns out he is really Darien Shields/ Mamaru Chiba, the Moonlight Knight, and Prince Darien (or Endimion in the Japanese version) of Earth
Sailor Chibi Moon: Cuteness maxed out. She's Serena and Darien's future daughter. She comes into the series in the later part of Sailor Moon R. Also known as Chibi-Usa or Rini. Her guardian is Diana, Luna and Artemis's kitten. Of all the scouts, she's my least favoritive

Outer Scouts
Sailor Pluto: There's not much known about Pluto. She's first introduced in Sailor Moon R, as the voice behind Rini's Luna ball (a cat head-shaped ball that defies the laws of gravity). She's the Protector of the Time Gate, and is therefor loney as heck, if it weren't for Small Lady (Princess Rini). As a normal person, she's known as Meiou Setsuna. In the picture above, she has green hair. The Garnet Orb that she has on her staff is one of the three talismans
Sailor Uranus: Uranus, or Haruka as she's known, is the most physically powerfull out of the outer senshi. She acts, talks, and looks like a boy (so much that Minako, Makoto, and Usagi fall for her). Actually, I don;t wanna go any farther since I'm just going to repeat what's in the gallery anyway......
Sailor Neptune: artistically talented and beautiful, Neptune holds one of the talismans to find the Holy Grail (an object that evenually causes the scouts to go into super mode). She loves to paint and play the violin (in fact, she's made quite a few records). She's known as Kaiou Michiru, and she's the one with aqua-colored hair.
Sailor Saturn: The quiet one (and their the ones that you have to be on the look out for...). As a normal person (Tomoe Hotaru), she's very fragile and weak (a simple tradeoff for her powers), has the power to heal, and is Rini's friend/ classmate. She doesn't talk much because she's different. As a scout, though, she's walking death (I mean anyone can can deal out death by saying three words has got to be respected...). Her father's a mad scientist who's trying to bring back Mistress Nine, using his daughter. Her attacks can destory the entire world world when she uses them (that would be her Death Reborn Revolution attack), and carries a glaive around with her.

The Star Lights:
Sailor StarMaker: (Kou Taiki) The brainaic of the StarLights, and is in fact smarter than Amy. He, with Yaten and Seiya make up an idol group called the Three Lights. The Three Lights sing not for fame or fortune, but to find Princess Kakyuu/ Fireball through hidden messages in theri songs (I wonder if they ever think of working for the movie industry...). He's the one with the brown hair. The StarLights were origionally all girls untill they were reborn on Earth as guys, so when they transform, they change into their normal selves.
Sailor StarFighter: (Kou Seiya) The athelete of the team. He's in love with Serena, which almost causes the StarLights to fight the outer senshi. He's the guy/ girl with the black hair. Some people say that I'm anti-Seiya, well, I'm not...It's that I (like Taiki-kun and Yaten-Sama) don't approve of his flirting with Usagi...
Sailor StarHealer: (Kou Yaten) the best for last....^0^ He's snotty, bratish, the smallest, but he WAS torn from his home.(how would you feel if you were dragged out of your house at 3 in the morning to go campign in some no name place...) He also works as a model (also not for money or glory). Yaten happens to be a fan of Michiru's and tells her that he has all of her records. He doesn't like Seiya's and Usagi's relationship (The Lights ARE supposed to be a rebel band separate from the Inner, and Outer Scouts), and repeatingly tells him so (Yaten even goes so far as to tell Seiya that he's never to see her again). Yaten is brutely honest, and more outspoken on his views on Seiya and Usagi than Taiki is. He has gorgeous silver hair and dreamy green eyes...D'ah! I'm getting too carried away here! Sorry!
